We offer smart integrated cardiovascular equipment by Pulse Fitness, state of the art free weights, a studio cycling and a selection of both hot and traditional yoga classes.
We pride ourselves on being accessible to everyone, therefore have a wide range of classes that are adaptable for all abilities.
We also have a sauna and steam room on site, free to use for all of our gym members, and a café situated in our reception serving bean to cup coffee, provided by The Coffee Company, along with a wide range of hot and cold drinks and grab and go snacks.
NEW TO OUR CAFE… We now offer a selection of healthy high protein frozen meals provided by Nutritional Edge. Eat-in, or take away!
