Ready to start your running journey?
Whether you’re aiming to complete your very first 5k or getting back into running after some time away, our Couch to 5k programme is designed to help you build confidence, improve fitness and enjoy the process every step of the way.
Over 9 weeks, you’ll be supported by our experienced Run Leader, Luke, with structured training, motivation and accountability to keep you progressing towards your goal.
What’s Included:
A 45-minute instructor-led outdoor session every Tuesday at 17:30
A comprehensive 9-week training programme
Guided runs and a strength training plan
Ongoing advice, accountability and motivation from Luke
The programme will finish with a celebratory graduation run at the Teignmouth parkrun on Saturday 1st August.
