Nutrition Coaching at Premier Gym is designed to help you build sustainable eating habits, improve your relationship with food, and achieve long-term health and physique goals.

Unlike restrictive diets or short-term meal plans, our approach focuses on education, structure, and realistic changes that fit your lifestyle. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build lean muscle, increase energy levels, or develop a healthier relationship with food, our coaching provides the guidance and accountability you need.

What’s Included

Appointment 1 – Consultation

  • Goal and lifestyle assessment

  • Full body composition analysis

Appointment 2 – Assessment & Strategy Session

  • Review of your personalised plan

  • Calorie and macro targets

  • Sample day of eating

  • Full meal plan (if required)

  • Nutritional guidance booklet

2 x Check-In Appointments

  • Progress review and weigh-in

  • Adjustments to calories and/or macros

  • Food diary review and feedback

Pricing

£125 for the full programme

Additional appointments after the initial two check-ins are charged at £25 per session.
