What are the pricing options for Reformer Pilates classes?
All classes are £15 for members and non-members. This is a limited-time introductory offer.
Do I need an induction before my first class?
Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before your first Beginners Reformer Pilates session so that the instructor can show you how to use the bed safely.
Do I need to wear special socks for Reformer Pilates?
Yes, grip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase them at the gym.
Can I attend Reformer Pilates if I’m pregnant?
Unfortunately, no.
