Is Reformer Pilates included in my Premier Gym membership?
No, Reformer Pilates is not included in the standard Premier Gym membership.
Reformer Pilates is part of our Premier Wellness Hub and is open to both members and non-members through class bundle purchases.
How do I book Reformer Pilates classes?
Classes can be booked here.
What are the pricing options for Reformer Pilates classes?
You can purchase sessions in bundles:
* 4 classes – £76 (£19 per class)
* 8 classes – Larger bundles = greater the discount.
Members receive an extra 10% discount on all bundles.
Do I need to attend an induction before my first class?
Yes, all clients must complete an induction session before attending a Reformer Pilates class.
This ensures you’re familiar with the equipment and exercises for a safe and enjoyable experience.
How much is the induction?
£10 for Premier Gym members and £12 for non-members. Book your induction here.
What is covered in the Reformer Pilates induction?
Our induction walks you through what to expect in a Reformer Pilates class at a slower pace. You’ll get comfortable using the Reformer bed and receive guidance from an instructor.
Do I need to wear special socks for Reformer Pilates?
Yes, grip socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase them at the gym.
Can I attend Reformer Pilates if I’m pregnant?
Unfortunately, no.
When will non-induction classes start?
Classes are due to start at the beginning of August.
