What inspired you to become a personal trainer?
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and becoming a personal trainer felt like the perfect way to combine my passion for fitness with helping others improve their health, strength, and confidence.

What do you enjoy most about working with clients?
Seeing my clients progress and achieve things they didn’t think they could do. It’s so rewarding to be part of their journey!

What’s your favourite type of training?
A mix of running and strength training. I love to challenge myself on runs, but I also really enjoy building strength.

What advice would you give someone who feels nervous about starting at the gym?
Remember that every single person in the gym was once a beginner. Confidence comes with consistency—the more you show up, the more comfortable you’ll feel. And don’t be afraid to ask for help—that’s what we’re here for!

What’s one common mistake you see people make in the gym?
Not following a plan. Without structure, it’s much harder to make progress. A personalised programme helps you stay consistent and reach your goals.
