Restorative Yoga Workshop - Friday 24th July
Join Jo for 90 minutes of pure relaxation and restoration. This special evening begins with a gentle 60-minute Restorative Yoga practice, where the body is fully supported with props and held in calming postures designed to release tension, encourage deep rest, and soothe the nervous system. There is no effort or striving—just space to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
You'll then drift into a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep" – a guided meditation that promotes relaxation for both the body and mind, helping you switch off from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with a sense of calm and wellbeing.
To complete the experience, you'll be treated to a warming cup of hot chocolate, giving you a cosy moment to ground yourself before heading home. It's the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and gift yourself the rest you deserve.
The evening also includes the option of lavender oil and a soothing massage from Jo to enhance your relaxation experience.
